Delivery
Delivery Times All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Expected postage times are displayed under “shipping options” in the web shop. Please take these into account when placing your order. Merchandise Items that are in stock in our warehouse will generally be shipped 1-2 business days after processing your order. Your location and method of shipping may affect delivery times. We will notify you by email if the items you ordered are out of stock.
Returns
Incorrect Products If you are sent products incorrectly, We will accept returns of books, with a delivery note, within 30 days of shipping and a full refund, including shipping, will apply.
Damaged Products Upon receiving goods, customers have 48 hours to notify us if an item is damaged. Please contact our department to explain the nature of the fault/damage, providing details of the order and invoice so that a replacement can be organised if appropriate.
General Returns Will only accept general return of items if they are returned in resaleable condition. We will not pay for postage, and if the item is incorrectly packaged and arrives damaged no refund will be due. Please return the item with a copy of your order, or your relevant personal details, so we can attribute the return to you.
